Li Tianyuan

During my tenure, I participated in car design and development projects under many brands, including BMW, MINI, Rolls Royce, etc. He was responsible for the design of the BMW iX electric flagship SUV, re-establishing the new generation of BMW i brand design language. As the chief exterior designer, i am responsible for the 2021 BMW i Vision Circular concept car, which is an important turning point for BMW to start a new electric digitalization and redefine the future direction of BMW's digital double kidney. In addition, he was also responsible for several projects such as the 2019 BMW 5 Series mid-term revamp, X5 Hydrogen SUV, and the Shanghai concept design development phase of the new 7 Series. For the feeling and understanding of the relationship between people and cars, he believes that car design should not only stay at the visual sensory level, but should start from the needs, understand the needs, understand people, cars and people are emotionally connected. I believe that in today's era of severe design homogenization, finding the essence of automobile design and aesthetic foundation is the key. Only by avoiding the trend to do design, can we have the sustainability of time. Aesthetics is like a constant circle, and sometimes you need to look back to go forward.
