Anthony Pannozzo is Executive Creative Director of frog design and global head of frogHealth. He is responsible for overseeing frog’s creative teams and ensuring frog’s work for its clients has the desired impact on their business and in the world. Anthony studied industrial design at RISD and he has applied the fundamental methods of human centered design to help organizations of all kinds chart growth strategies and drive transformation. Anthony believes design is a powerful tool to tackle any challenge and has applied this philosophy to projects as diverse as re-designing Boston College’s undergraduate core curriculum, designing an innovation strategy for the world’s second largest mining company and envisioning customer experience strategies for American Express’ Premium Cards Group. Anthony has earned over 20 patents, has won 5 IDEA awards and has lectured on the value of design at major universities across the country. He is a former IDSA board member and currently sits on Kellogg’s Innovation Advisory Council.

Dr. Katz was the first IDEO Fellow, and today consults on a number of IDEO projects. He is an aggressive networker, and can often be seen bringing prospective clients through the Palo Alto and San Francisco studios. Outside of IDEO Barry is Professor of Industrial and Interaction Design at the California College of the Arts in San Francisco, and Consulting Professor in the Design Group, Department of Mechanical Engineering, at Stanford. He is the author of six books, including (with Tim Brown) Change By Design, and most recently, Make it New: The History of Silicon Valley Design (MIT Press, 2015). Barry brings his expertise in the history and theory of design to bear on his work with IDEO project teams, where he has engaged in front-end research on projects ranging from MRI imaging to credit cards to pharmaceuticals. His “Narrative Prototypes” typically result in briefs to design teams and presentations to clients, and he also assists with all forms of writing and editing. He believes that there is no project—however technical or futuristic—that cannot be enriched by a historical and cultural perspective.

Under Maria’s leadership, Hot Studio, the award-winning experience design firm she founded in 1997, grew into a full-service creative agency with an impressive list of Fortune 500 clients. In 2013, Facebook acquired the talent behind Hot Studio, where Maria worked as a Director of Product Design. From 2015 to 2017, Maria led a global team of designers as Autodesk’s first VP of Experience Design. Maria’s third book, Rise of the DEO: Leadership by Design, is available in several languages. She speaks at conferences all over the world. Today, Maria consults with individuals and organizations who wish to grow and expand their design practices. Maria serves on several Boards and is a Trustee at California College of the Arts.

Randy Hunt now is leading design at Grab, Southeast Asia’s leading mobile technology company. We're focused on bringing transport freedom and financial inclusion to millions of lives in more than 500 cities and towns across eight countries in Southeast Asia. Randy is also the author of the book “Product Design for the Web”. This book focuses on Internet product design, how to think about it, product building, and post-release and operation. In the past, Randy was the vice president of design at Etsy, where he led a team of designers, researchers, writers and artists who defined and created the entire brand experience of Etsy. In 2014, Etsy was awarded the Design Trust for Public Space at the Cooper Hewitt Smithsonian Design Museum. At the same time, Randy is a member of the AIGA Design Board of Directors.

As Creative Director of Interaction Design at the Shanghai studio, Siddharta is responsible for directing Interaction Design programs for all brands of the BMW Group as well as for a wide variety of projects in all Designworks relevant industry sectors for external clients.

I have started user experience design for software and hardware since 1998, service design since 2013, space design since 2010, and AI product design since 2017. I founded founded Google China user experience team in 2006, Sinovation Ventures’ user experience team in 2010 and participated in the founding of this world’s leading high-tech VC, and then participated in the founding of its AI Institute in 2017. I joined Airbnb China as Head of Design in 2019. I’m vice director of Internet Technology and Smart Media Design Committee and Service Design Committee, fellow of Information & Interaction Design Committee and International eXperience Design Committee in China. I’ve been teaching in the national training programs hosted by Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, Ministry of Culture and Tourism, as well as at many universities such as Tsinghua University, Peking University. I also serve as guest professor at universities such as Communication University of China and Beijing University of Post and Telecommunications.
