Through this speech, Joann Wu will show that one ecosystem thinking in relationship with how we designed LinkedIn Flagship IA structure; how do we work cross-functionally on building a product with inclusive team culture and collaborations; how do we build member trust into our Product DNA as member first with clarity, control and consistency; how do we approach the design with global audiences in mind with research informed customization decisions; how do we start the journey of inclusive design to help people with disadvantage to successfully using our product.
