He is a Bachelor of Engineering, Master of Law, Ph. D. in political science, Tsinghua University, and a visiting scholar at the Paris School of politics. He is currently Director of the Institute of Industrial Economics, Center for International Economic and technical cooperation of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China, he is a member of the Advisory Committee on International Cooperation Strategy of the national aviation industry and a research fellow at the school of Belt and Road strategy, Tsinghua University. He was awarded the Hualong District Award for Outstanding Young People in the Chinese design industry and has long been engaged in policy research in industrial design, to undertake a number of research projects in the field of industrial design, such as policy research on Industrial Design Parks, Development Report of National Industrial Design Centers, and promotion of high-quality development of industrial design-enabled manufacturing, twice won the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology outstanding research results first prize.
He edited“2021 Blue Book of Industrial Design”, and took charge of the assessment and review of National Industrial Design Center, cultivation and identification of National Institute of Industrial Design, etc. , to be responsible for the planning and organization of China International Industrial Design Expo. Leading the planning of“Industrial design services local activities” is listed as the national service month of small and medium-sized enterprises Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the top ten brand activities, and the 2022 Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China “Innovation Star” youth post merit competition “First Prize.”.
In addition, director Tian bin has long been committed to international economic cooperation and Industrial Policy Research, he has visited and studied five Central Asian countries, three South Caucasus countries, European countries and more than 30 countries along the “Belt and Road” such as Mongolia, Thailand, Singapore and Malaysia. The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Ministry of Commerce, the Chinese Academy of Engineering and Local Governments. He is the author of economic sanctions: the balance between efficiency and humanity, annual report on cross-border M & A of Chinese Enterprises, and Development Report of Chinese Industrial Design. Published dozens of articles in domestic and foreign periodicals.
Interpretation from the Design Perspective of the Path Upgrading China from a Manufacturer of Quantity to One of Quality
In this talk, we will discuss in depth how China moves from a manufacturing power to a manufacturing power. And comprehensive introduction in this process, we accumulate practical experience and achieved a series of results. From the key driving force of design, the logic of design power behind manufacturing power in America, Japan and Europe is obtained through comparative analysis.
At the same time, I will continue to systematically comb China's industrial design to promote high-quality development of the formulation and implementation of relevant policies. These policies aim to guide enterprises to integrate design into the whole process of product R & D, production and sales, from"Made in China" to"Made in China", from"China speed" to"China quality" and from"China products" to"China brand".
In addition, we will conduct an in-depth analysis of the achievements of the National Industrial Design Center and the National Institute of Industrial Design. Through these cases, we will show the design strong enterprise, Design Strong City, design strong province and design strong country strategy in China's specific practice.
