8 years of product experience design work experience, graduated from Loughborough University with a master's degree in interaction design, and is currently a senior interaction designer at Baidu MEG; 0-1 build Baijiahao platform product experience & brand operation design work, rich knowledge / content ecology /Design experience of service-oriented products, good at B&C ecological experience design, strategic direction of global architecture design, and systematic design-driven projects.
Design concept: Design for a better experience
With the development and evolution of the content ecology, in order to support the migration and fission of C-end users' demand for content consumption, the B-end platform that serves creators to produce content & operate and monetize needs to be upgraded simultaneously and iteratively to provide a variety of high-quality productivity for ecological prosperity; B-end experience Design needs to formulate overall design strategies and propositions in the key link of ecological strategy upgrade, and carry out multi-dimensional design based on content productivity, author management, and platform brand power to help business growth.
