Lora is a UX research expert at OPPO , she has 15 years of UX related experience in leading company within the mobile industry, including 12 years of user research experience. She is familiar with the user research methodology throughout the R&D process, specializing in trends & user insights, constructing experience measurement methodologies, and using scientific research methods to support business success in all phases of the R&D process. Currently,Lora is currently responsible for the software ColorOS user experience analysis, leading the team to support the product launch, building and optimizing the whole chain of software research,including user insight analysis, human factors research, and user experience evaluation, etc. With her team, they have formed scientific standards and specifications in the direction of experience research such as system fluency and folding screen input, helping to increase the software experience competitiveness of popular products such as Find N products.
Design concept: user experience is the combination of science and art
Due to the lack of systematic methods in the early stage of product design, the planned features do not meet the needs of target users, the designed experience paths do not meet users' operational intuition, and the design and acceptance stages lack clear experience traction indicators.
