Having been engaged in the internet design industry for over 10 years, currently working at Xiaomi International Internet Business Design Center, I have also held positions at Sogou and Belle. I have experienced the iterative evolution of Web 2.0 - mobile internet - AI design paradigms, participated in the establishment of the full-chain design system for 0-1 internet products, and received multiple national GUI appearance design patents. I have shifted from focusing on the single-user experience design in China to considering the global diverse product experience design, introducing the Glocal design system and building a cultural symbiosis ecosystem.

The workshop will systematically sort out the core concepts and differences of globalization, internationalization and localization in product design, and combine industry trends and case analysis to help designers, product managers and other relevant practitioners understand and master how to balance global consistency and local market differentiation needs. Participants will gain the systematic ability to cope with the challenges of multiculturalism and complex markets in theory, method and practice, and realize the "Boundless experience" in product design.
