Specializes in translating macro industry insights into micro experience innovations, and integrating them back into humanistic meanings. Has won industry awards such as the London Design Award and the French Design Award with team members. Currently working at Baidu MEUX as a senior product designer, serving Baidu Tieba. Design philosophy: Solve problems first, then add embellishments.
Commerce is a challenge that every community faces. Community products often have huge traffic and active users, but why is it difficult to have a comprehensive understanding of a business model? The fundamental reason lies in the fact that as communities, each community has a different tone and user group, which leads to a lack of shortcuts for commercial monetization and an extreme reliance on tailoring.
There is no fixed design pattern to follow. In the process of serving Baidu Tieba, we realized this is a great opportunity - it is an excellent opportunity for the designer's role to move from support to advocacy, and from the background to the front desk.
I will share with you the story of our designers leading business experience design on Baidu Tieba in the workshop:
1. Brand design: How to define a unique member brand style that can impress target users?
2. Improve payment: Taking Tieba members as an example, how can designers seek to improve commercial conversion on the long chain?
3. Find out design opportunities: As a designer, how can you quickly understand the general marketing ideas of an industry and combine them with your own product characteristics?
4. Design marketing plan: Facing sales, how can designers produce a marketing plan that can touch customers?
5. Business Experience Design Thinking: How to have a complete set of business experience design thinking, so as to connect and integrate discrete design opportunities?
