Serving as the head of C-end user experience design at Alibaba's Intime Retail, I am at the forefront of guiding design growth and innovation within the department store sector. With 7 years of experience in user experience design and an additional 2 years in brand design, I have had the privilege of working with the top four e-commerce platforms and brands across diverse industries, including automotive finance, department store retail, and internet commerce. Since joining the new retail sector at Intime, my focus has been on building the foundation of the first department store e-commerce design system from the ground up. Leveraging experience design thinking, I continually refine and innovate to meet the complex challenges of digital-physical integration, with the goal of setting a benchmark for user experience in the retail industry.
