Attention
- 1. If you want to cancel the registration or change the package, please send a written notice to the conference secretariat before 24:00 on July 1, After July 1 refund will not be allowed. The organizer will charge 50% of the paid fees as administrative expenditure and refund in two weeks after the conference.
- 2. Because of limited seats of each branch field, we will according to the payment time to confirm the participator, If you want to change your activity session, you can only choose the session which is no full.
- 3. Students enjoy the preferential price, only for full-time college students (college students, undergraduate and graduate students). Before your payment, you should send the copies or scanned copy of your student id card, certificate of student status, identity card to email: apply@ixdc.org, and attach a school/college office telephone (fixed) and counselors telephone for identity verification. You need to bring the original students id card, student card, certificate of student status when you participate in the conference. If found false information, we will cancel the registration, and the organizing committee reserves the right to shall be investigated for legal responsibility.
- 4. Participants are responsible for their own transportation accommodation and meals. We will provide some agreement hotel, for your reference.
- 5. Members do not enjoy additional benefits expect for the discount package.
- 6. The organizing committee of the international conference of experience design reserves all the rights for alterations and final interpretations.
