Cross-boundary innovator. Serial entrepreneur. Design and technology evangelist. I have started user experience design for software and hardware since 1998, service design since 2013, space design since 2010, and AI product design since 2017. I founded founded Google China user experience team in 2006, Sinovation Ventures’ user experience team in 2010 and participated in the founding of this world’s leading high-tech VC, and then participated in the founding of its AI Institute in 2017. I joined Airbnb China as Head of Design in 2019.

I’m vice director of Internet Technology and Smart Media Design Committee and Service Design Committee, fellow of Information & Interaction Design Committee and International eXperience Design Committee in China. I’ve been teaching in the national training programs hosted by Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, Ministry of Culture and Tourism, as well as at many universities such as Tsinghua University, Peking University. I also serve as guest professor at universities such as Communication University of China and Beijing University of Post and Telecommunications.
