Design Team Lead for Lark Base
Product Experience Design Expert at ByteDance, currently serving as Design Team Lead for Lark Base and Head of Lark Design - Base Team. He has been honored with the title of "China's Top Ten Outstanding Youth in Service Design Industry." With years of deep experience in the product experience industry, he has worked at leading domestic internet companies including Tencent and Alibaba, and participated in the design and development of multiple nationally recognized applications with massive user bases.
In the productivity tools sector, the products he has led have empowered numerous Fortune Global 500 enterprises, serving over 10 million users in total. He has accumulated substantial hands-on experience in complex organizational collaboration and large-scale B2B product design. His recent AI-driven innovations have been featured by authoritative media outlets such as Xinhua News Agency and People's Daily, and he holds more than 10 global core patents.
In addition, he serves as a judge for several major design competitions and as a graduate mentor at key universities, consistently bridging the gap between design education and industry practice. His philosophy: design for productivity tools is not just about ease of use—it's about making the complex simple and making collaboration feel natural.
As AI begins to embed itself deeply into users’ work and daily lives, designers and product managers are confronting a new question: How should we redefine “experience” itself? Experience is no longer just about refining interfaces, flows, and content—it is, under new technological conditions, a process of re‑responding to user needs, reshaping product forms, and redefining the value of experience.
This workshop takes an experience‑centric perspective, examining shifts in product experience, the evolution of interaction methods, and updates to design methodologies in the AI era. We will explore how to rethink the relationship between humans and products, along with new possibilities for experience innovation. The focus is not merely on how to use tools, but on how design thinking evolves, how product judgment adapts, and how collaboration between design and product teams is redefined as AI becomes an integral part of product capabilities.
Through real‑world scenarios, we will discuss how designers and product managers can identify new experience opportunities, design more natural human‑computer interactions, and—beyond efficiency gains—truly create meaningful new experiences for users.
If you are following how AI is transforming design processes, product logic, and user experience, and if you want clearer insight into the next generation of product evolution, along with actionable frameworks and inspiration you can bring back to your projects, this workshop offers a valuable perspective on experience and design in the AI age.
