    I’m a designer with a background in Service & Interaction Design. I have lived, studied and worked in Italy, China, the Netherlands, and the Czech Republic and, since 2015, I have been based in Dublin, where I work at IBM Design as a Service & Interaction Design Lead. During my career, I have served in a broad range of roles, designing digital products and services in several sectors, including healthcare, human resources, and the automotive and travel & leisure industries. I’m passionate about designing interactions, delivering new experiences to users, and developing new systems for products & services.

    I hold a Master of Science in Service Design (Politecnico di Milano, Italy), a Master of Science in Design & Innovation (Tongji University – Shanghai, China), and a Professional Doctorate (PdEng) in Interaction Design (Eindhoven University of Technology – Eindhoven, the Netherlands).

设计师是用户的倡导者。他们必须能够理解用户,设计出不仅能解决他们问题还要满足他们的需求,甚至超出用户期望的解决方案。为了做到这一点,当设计师在与不同背景的的专业人士合作的时候,需要与用户产生共鸣并代表用户的呼声。

本次工作坊将向参与者介绍以用户为中心的设计方法,它可以更好地与用户产生同理心。

工作坊的第一部分将侧重于介绍创建用户同理心,和通过站在用户立场上理解用户的方法。
第二部分将侧重于理解移情图(Empathy Map)。我们将识别潜在问题和洞察设计点,最后通过总结想法的环节来明确未来的形势。

参与者将通过此次工作坊,参会者将有机会去IBM学习,在日常实践中如何运用设计思维和以用户为中心的设计方法,去了解用户的需求并解决问题。

环节安排:
1、介绍工作坊背景与环节
2、理论讲解:用户角色分析与移情图(Empathy Map)
3、场景规划
4、痛点挖掘&设计机会的挖掘
5、创建移情图(Empathy Map),通过用户角色及场景分析,架构体验的情境与愿景
6、小组总结与汇报

目标听众:
开放给任何在体验领域工作的专业从业者,特别是设计师,有兴趣学习如何利用设计思维方法发展同理心,学会换位思考能力。

参会者获益:
1、设计师通过实践操作的工作坊学习如何感同身受,以用户需求为出发点,深入了解用户;
2、熟悉一些来自设计思维和用户为中心的设计的一些方法;
3、学习如何通过积极协作会话,与不是设计师或者其他专业背景的人合作;
